Make sure you first minimize all windows or close any program that you are not going to use before the session (before step 4) to avoid exposing any unnecessary information through email or the document that you are working on.

This is to avoid confusion when you stop sharing the screen and meeting participants might see other content on the screen.

When you select a browser to display the hold screen image (step 2), we recommend a browser that you're not actively using during that time.

(In case you are stuck in the browser full screen, you can exit the full screen in the browser by pressing F11 key (Windows) or Control + Commend + F (Mac).)

Please note that if you exit the full screen and close the browser window will result in stop sharing your screen completely. Continue to share your screen for this session.
